PSG Simmons cone crusher is a high-performance compound cone crusher. Equipment Overview
Design concept: Combining high swing frequency, optimized cavity shape and reasonable stroke, it aims to improve crushing efficiency and product particle size uniformity.

Technical Features
1. Efficient lamination crushing
By optimizing the cavity shape and eccentricity, multi-layer extrusion of materials is achieved, the proportion of cubic particles is increased (reduce needle-like particles), and energy consumption is reduced. The processing capacity is increased by 15%-30% compared with traditional spring cone crushers.
2. Overload protection and automatic reset
Spring/hydraulic safety system: When foreign matter (such as metal blocks) enters the crushing chamber, the system automatically expands the discharge port to discharge the foreign matter, and then automatically resets to reduce downtime.
Hydraulic cavity cleaning: The crushing cavity can be quickly cleaned when the machine is shut down to avoid material accumulation affecting the restart efficiency.
3. Modular design and easy maintainability
Components (such as crushing wall and mortar wall) are fixed with clips and hydraulic nuts, which support quick disassembly and assembly from the top or side, reducing maintenance complexity.
Compared with rolling bearings, sliding bearings are more economical, durable and easier to manage in terms of lubrication.
4. Diversified cavity types and flexible adjustment
Providing fine, medium, coarse and extra coarse cavity options, users can flexibly configure according to material hardness and discharging requirements (such as coarse crushing to fine crushing) to adapt to different production scenarios.
