  Tyre Mobile Sand Making Plant is a movable sand making equipment that integrates crushing, screening and conveying functions. It is mainly used for crushing and sand making operations of construction waste, ore, rock and other materials.

  Its core feature is the rapid movement and flexible transfer achieved through a tire chassis, making it suitable for sand and gravel production scenarios where frequent changes of work sites are required.

  The tire chassis design facilitates road traction and is suitable for short- to medium-distance transfers, especially for urban construction waste disposal or dispersed sand and gravel production projects.

  No fixed infrastructure is required, reducing site requirements.

 

  2. Integrated

  Crushing, screening and conveying systems are integrated into a single device, reducing the configuration of auxiliary equipment, saving time and cost.

  Optional diesel generator set can be used to realize operation without external power supply.

 

  3. Environmental protection and energy saving

  Equipped with dust removal and noise reduction devices (such as pulse bag dust removal and sound insulation cover) to reduce dust and noise pollution.

The Difference Between Crawler Sand Making Machine

 

  Movement mode: Tire type relies on a tractor and is suitable for flat roads; crawler type has its own walking ability and is suitable for complex terrain.

  Cost: Tire-type cranes are generally less expensive to purchase and maintain than track-type cranes.

  Working efficiency: crawler type is more suitable for continuous high-intensity work, while tire type focuses on flexibility and economy.

  1. Feeding and crushing

  The material is fed into the feeder by a loader or excavator, and then evenly fed into the jaw crusher or cone crusher for primary crushing through a vibrating feeder; then it enters the sand making machine (such as a vertical shaft impact crusher) for fine crushing to form sand particles that meet the requirements.

  2. Screening and circulation

  The crushed materials are classified by vibrating screen, and the sand particles that meet the specifications are output by conveyor belt; the materials that do not meet the standards are returned to the crusher for secondary processing, forming a closed-loop circulation system.

  3. Movement and transitions

  The equipment is integrated on a tire chassis and can be quickly moved to different work sites by a tractor without the need for complicated installation and debugging.
