It is mainly used in mining, construction, demolition and waste disposal and other fields, and can quickly complete material screening and grading operations.

 

Technical Features

 

  1. High mobility and adaptability

  The crawler travel system does not require trailer transportation, can turn on the spot, and has a climbing ability of 15°-20°, making it suitable for rugged terrain or narrow sites.

  There is no need to dismantle the equipment during transfer, saving time and labor costs.

 

  2. Modular design

  The screening machine, feeder, conveyor and other modules are integrated into one, supporting quick installation and customized configuration (such as changing the screen type and adjusting the number of screening stages).

 

  3. Efficient screening capability

  It uses a high-frequency, large-amplitude vibrating screen with a screening efficiency of 200-800 tons/hour, which is suitable for processing high-humidity or sticky materials.

  Optional pre-screening function can remove impurities in advance and extend the life of the equipment.

 

  4. Intelligent control and environmental protection

  Equipped with PLC control system and touch screen to monitor screening efficiency, equipment status and fault alarm in real time.

  Low noise design, some models are equipped with spray system to reduce dust pollution.

 

  5. Energy saving and convenient maintenance

  Dual power mode of diesel engine or external power supply to reduce energy consumption.

  Key components (such as screens and bearings) are made of wear-resistant materials, with long maintenance cycles and easy replacement.

 

Typical Application Scenarios

 

  Mining: Screening of ore, coal and other raw materials.

  Construction waste recycling: separation of concrete fragments, steel bars, and sand.

  Sand and gravel aggregate production: Graded sand and gravel are used for concrete or roadbed materials.

  Soil remediation: Screening out rocks and impurities from contaminated soil.

  1. Material input

  Materials (such as sand, gravel, ore, construction waste, etc.) are fed into the feed bin of the screening station by a loader or excavator, and evenly distributed to the screening system by a vibrating feeder.

  2. Screening process

  The material enters a multi-layer vibrating screen (usually 2-4 layers), and the screen is configured with different apertures (such as coarse screen, medium screen, fine screen) according to demand.

  The vibration motor drives the screen box to vibrate at a high frequency, causing the material to jump and layer on the screen surface. Particles of different sizes are separated through the corresponding screen holes and fall into the collecting hopper below.

  3. Grading output

  The screened materials are transported to different stockpiling areas (such as coarse material, medium material, and fine material) through belt conveyors.

  Oversized materials (such as large pieces of waste) that do not pass through the screen are discharged through the side discharge or return system.

  4. Track movement

  The equipment is equipped with a hydraulically driven crawler chassis, which can move autonomously or be operated by remote control, adapt to complex terrain, and quickly switch work sites.
