  Its core feature is that it relies on a crawler-driven chassis to achieve rapid transfer and flexible operation, and is suitable for construction scenarios in complex terrain or that require frequent movement.

  The crawler chassis design has low ground pressure and strong climbing ability (up to 25°), making it suitable for complex terrain (such as mines and construction sites).

  1. Feeding and crushing

  The material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber of the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder, and the movable jaw and the fixed jaw crush the material through periodic extrusion motion. The movable jaw reciprocates driven by the eccentric shaft to squeeze and crush large pieces of material into the required particle size.

  2. Arrangement and sorting

  The crushed materials fall through the discharge port and are output through the lower conveyor belt. Some equipment is equipped with a pre-screening function, which can directly screen out fine materials that do not need to be crushed, thereby improving efficiency.

  3. Movement and transitions

  The crawler chassis is equipped with a hydraulic drive system, which can move autonomously or be operated by remote control. It can adapt to rugged terrain and complete workstation switching without external traction equipment.
