  Tracked Mobile Cone Crushing Plant is a mobile mining and construction aggregate processing equipment that integrates crushing, screening and conveying functions. It adopts a crawler walking chassis, has high maneuverability and rapid transfer capabilities, and is suitable for open-air operations in complex terrain and changeable working conditions, such as mining, construction waste disposal, road construction and other fields.

Main Components

 

  1. Track chassis: hydraulically driven, adaptable to rugged terrain, and can be moved by remote control.

  2. Cone crusher main unit: core crushing component, adopts laminated crushing principle, and can process medium-hard and high-hardness materials (such as granite and basalt).

  3. Vibrating feeder: feeds materials evenly to the main machine to prevent blockage.

  4. Screening system (optional): Some models are equipped with multi-layer vibrating screens to achieve instant classification of crushed materials.

  5. Conveyor belt system: transport finished materials or return materials to the designated location.

  6. Power system: diesel engine or external power supply dual power configuration, suitable for off-grid environment.

  7. Intelligent electronic control system: integrated PLC control, real-time monitoring of equipment operating status.

 

Technical Features

 

  1. Efficient crushing capacity

  The cone crusher adopts the principle of laminated crushing, with a large crushing ratio, uniform finished product shape (mostly cubes) and low over-crushing rate.

  2. Flexibility

  The crawler walking system does not require a fixed foundation and can complete the transfer within 1 hour, making it suitable for scenarios where the work site is frequently changed.

  3. Intelligent control

  Equipped with remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system, parameters (such as feeding speed and discharge port size) can be adjusted in real time.

  4. Energy saving and environmental protection

  Optimize the crushing chamber design to reduce energy consumption, and equip it with dust removal and noise reduction devices (such as sealing structure and spray system).

  5. Strong adaptability

  It can be equipped with various types of cone crushers, such as single-cylinder and multi-cylinder, to match different production capacities (50-400 tons/hour) and material hardness requirements.

  6. Quick maintenance

  Modular design, key components (such as liner, hydraulic system) are easy to disassemble and replace, reducing downtime.

  1. Feeding stage

  The materials are poured into the vibrating feeder through loading equipment (such as excavator) and evenly fed into the feeding port of the cone crusher.

  2. Crushing stage

  The cone crusher drives the moving cone to rotate through the eccentric sleeve, forming periodic extrusion and shearing with the fixed cone liner to achieve lamination crushing of materials.

  The crushing chamber type can be adjusted according to demand (coarse, medium, fine crushing), and the discharge opening size is controlled by the hydraulic system.

  3. Screening and conveying

  The crushed materials are classified by the screening system, and qualified finished products are output through the main conveyor belt; oversized materials are returned to the crusher for secondary processing (closed-loop circulation).

  4. Movement and transitions

  The crawler chassis can move on its own without the need for a trailer, and can be flexibly moved within the site through wireless remote control.
