  PFW Impact Crusher is a highly efficient medium and fine crushing equipment, widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry and other fields. It is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials (such as limestone, gypsum, concrete, etc.) with compressive strength not exceeding 350MPa.

 

Technical Features

 

  1. Heavy duty rotor design:

  The rotor has a solid structure and large inertia, which improves the crushing efficiency and impact force and is suitable for processing large pieces of material.

  The blow bar is made of high chromium alloy material, which has strong wear resistance and is easy to replace.

 

  2. Hydraulic control system (some high-end models):

  The hydraulic cover opening device is convenient for maintenance and replacement of wearing parts.

  Iron overload protection function: when unbreakable objects (such as metal) enter, the hydraulic cylinder will automatically release to avoid equipment damage.

 

  3. Excellent finished product shape:

  The multi-chamber design (two or three chambers) optimizes the crushing path. The finished products are mostly cubes with low needle-like content, which is suitable for aggregate production.

 

  4. Energy saving and environmental protection:

  Low energy consumption design, large crushing ratio (up to 40:1), reducing the need for multi-stage crushing.

  The sealing structure is combined with the dust removal device to reduce dust pollution.

 

  5. Modular design:

  The impact plate and frame adopt modular structure, which can be replaced separately after partial wear, thus reducing maintenance costs.

 

  6. Strong adaptability:

  By adjusting parameters such as rotation speed and gap between impact plates, materials with different hardness and humidity can be processed.

 

Typical Application Scenarios

 

  Construction Aggregates: Produce high-quality sand and gravel aggregates for concrete and asphalt mixtures.

  Secondary crushing in mines: medium and fine crushing of materials after jaw crusher.

  Recycling area: crushing construction waste and recycling concrete.

  1. High-speed impact crushing:

  After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is hit violently by the high-speed rotating rotor (equipped with wear-resistant plate hammer), and after gaining kinetic energy, it is thrown to the impact plate, causing secondary collision and crushing.

  2. Multiple breakage and rebound:

  The materials impact repeatedly between the rotor and the impact plate and collide with each other in the crushing chamber, and are gradually crushed to the required particle size.

  3. Particle size adjustment:

The particle size of the discharged material can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the rotor or the angle of the impact plate. Some models support hydraulic adjustment system, which makes the operation more convenient.
