  PCX Fine Hammer Crusher (or PCX High-efficiency Fine Crusher) is a fine crushing equipment designed based on the impact crushing principle and belongs to the third generation of high-efficiency crushing machinery.

  It combines the technical advantages of traditional hammer crusher and impact crusher, and is mainly used for fine crushing of medium hardness and brittle materials (such as limestone, cement clinker, quartz sand, iron ore, etc.), and is widely used in building materials, cement, metallurgy, mining and other industries.

 

Technical Features

 

  1. High efficiency and energy saving

  The crushing ratio is large (20-30), and a single machine can replace the traditional two-stage crushing (such as jaw crusher + impact crusher), reducing energy consumption by 40%-50%.

  The rotor inertia design is optimized to reduce motor load fluctuation and ensure more stable operation.

 

  2. Wear resistance and long life

  Key components (such as blow bars and liners) are made of wear-resistant materials such as high-chromium cast iron and multi-element alloys, which increase their service life by more than 4 times and support the reversal and reuse of the hammer head.

  The integral cast steel rotor and welded impact plate design enhances structural stability.

  Equipped with a double adjustment structure, the discharge particle size is uniform (particles below 3mm account for 85%).

  The upper shell can be opened manually or hydraulically to facilitate replacement of wearing parts and daily maintenance.

  It runs smoothly, and its dust and noise control are better than traditional equipment, meeting environmental protection requirements.

Application Areas

 

  Sand and gravel aggregate production: crush limestone, granite, etc. into 0-5mm machine-made sand for concrete or asphalt mixture.

  Cement industry: finely crush cement clinker and slag to improve the efficiency of the grinding system.

  Metallurgical ore dressing: Pre-crushing iron ore and gold ore to reduce the energy consumption of ball mill.

  Solid waste treatment: crushing construction waste and coal gangue to realize resource utilization.

  PCX Fine Hammer Crusher achieves crushing through the impact and collision between the high-speed rotating rotor and the material. The specific process is as follows:

  1. Primary crushing: After the material enters the first crushing chamber, it is impacted by the hammer on the rotor at high speed and is crushed into smaller particles.

  2. Secondary crushing: The crushed material enters the second crushing chamber, where it collides and grinds repeatedly between the impact plate and the rotor to further refine the material.

  3.
