Technical Features

 

  1. High efficiency and energy saving

  The rotor adopts heavy-duty design, with large inertia, strong kinetic energy, high single impact energy, large crushing ratio (up to 40:1) and low energy consumption.

 

  2. Excellent finished product shape

  The material is formed into cubic particles during repeated impacts, reducing the content of needle-like particles, which is suitable for aggregate production and high-standard engineering.

 

  3. Modular design

  The impact plate and blow bar adopt modular structure and can be quickly replaced after wear, thus reducing downtime.

 

  4. Upgrade of wear-resistant materials

  The blow bar and impact plate are made of high chromium alloy or composite ceramic materials, which have long service life and reduce maintenance costs.

 

  5. Intelligent adjustment system

  Some models are equipped with hydraulic adjustment device, which can remotely adjust the gap between the impact plates to achieve automatic control.

 

  6. Low over-crushing rate

  By controlling the impact frequency and the angle of the impact plate, over-crushing can be reduced and the utilization rate of finished products can be improved.

 

  7. Strong adaptability

  It can process materials with a certain degree of humidity or viscosity and is insensitive to changes in material hardness.

1. High-speed impact crushing

The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the plate hammer (wear-resistant hammer head) on the rotor hits the material onto the impact plate.

The materials collide and impact repeatedly between the plate hammer and the impact plate to achieve multi-stage crushing.

2. Freely adjust the particle size

By adjusting the rotor speed and the gap between the impact plate and the hammer, the particle size of the discharged material (usually 20-50mm) can be controlled.

3. Cycle breaking process

The material that is not fully crushed will re-enter the impact zone until it reaches the required particle size and is discharged from the discharge port.
