  VSI5X/6X Sand Making Machine is an upgraded model of the traditional impact sand making machine, which effectively solves the problems of low efficiency, poor particle shape and high maintenance cost of traditional sand making equipment.

  It is mainly used for machine-made sand production and stone shaping, and is widely used in high-quality sand and gravel aggregate processing in the fields of construction, mining, water conservancy and transportation.

  Deep cavity rotor design: optimizes rotor structure, increases material throughput, and improves crushing efficiency by 20%-30%.

Application Scenario

 

  Artificial sand production: Granite, basalt and other high-hardness stones are used to make sand. The finished products are used for C30-C60 concrete.

  1. Material entry and acceleration

  The material enters the high-speed rotating rotor (the speed can reach 60-80 m/s) through the feed port and is ejected into the crushing chamber under the action of centrifugal force.

  2. Impact crushing

  The materials thrown out at high speed collide violently with the surrounding lining (or accumulated material layer), and the self-crushing and mutual crushing of the materials are achieved through the "stone hitting stone" or "stone hitting iron" method.

  3. Classification and discharge
