YGM grinding mill (also known as YGM high-pressure suspension roller grinding mill) is a highly efficient and energy-saving industrial powder making equipment, mainly used to process non-metallic ores into ultra-fine powders, and is widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and other fields.

YGM high pressure grinding mill (also known as YGM high pressure suspension roller grinding mill) is an efficient and energy-saving industrial grinding equipment, which is an upgraded version of Raymond mill.

It is mainly used to process non-metallic ores (such as feldspar, marble, barite, limestone, gypsum and other more than 400 kinds of non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness ≤ 9.3 and humidity ≤ 6%) into ultra-fine powder. The finished product particle size range is 30-425 mesh (the finest can reach 2500 mesh, about 0.005 milímetro), and the production capacity is 0.5-55 toneladas/hora. It is currently widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and other fields.

 

Características técnicas

 

1. High pressure rolling pressure

The high-pressure spring provides 800-1200 kg of grinding force, which is 1.2 times higher than the traditional Raymond grinder and increases the output by 20%-30%.

 

2. Alta eficiencia y ahorro de energía

With the same output and fineness, the system energy consumption is only 1/3 of that of the air flow mill, and it can directly process raw materials ≤35 mm, eliminating the pre-crushing step and reducing investment costs.

 

3. The fineness of the finished product is adjustable

By adjusting the speed of the analyzer, the particle size of the finished product can be flexibly adjusted between 80-2500 mesh (0.025 mm to 0.005 milímetro), and the average particle size can reach 6.5 microns.

 

4. Structural optimization

Multi-stage sealed grinding device, with significant effect of preventing powder leakage;

Gasket protection design reduces host wear and facilitates maintenance;

Modular structure, easy to install and transport.

 

5. Environmental protection

Closed-loop air duct design and efficient dust removal system ensure dust emission in line with national standards and a clean working environment.

1. Grinding device

YGM grinding mill presses the grinding roller against the inner surface of the grinding ring through high-pressure springs (pressure 1000-1500 kg), forming a high grinding pressure. When the motor drives the main shaft to rotate, the grinding roller rolls inside the grinding ring and rotates around its own axis. The scraper sends the material into the space between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for crushing.

2. Grading system

The motor drives the impeller of the analyzer to rotate. The higher the impeller speed, the finer the separated powder. Qualified fine powder is collected in the cyclone separator through the air flow, and the coarse powder is returned to the main machine for re-grinding.

3. Circulation air path

The air flow circulates between the fan, grinding shell and cyclone separator, and cooperates with the bag dust collector to purify the dust, ensuring a clean workshop environment that meets national emission standards.YGM grinding mill structure diagram
