1. Crushing process

The materials are evenly fed into the impact crusher through the vibrating feeder.

The high-speed rotating rotor drives the plate hammer to hit the material, throwing it onto the impact plate, and crushing it through repeated impact and collision.

After multiple impacts in the crushing chamber, the material reaches the target particle size and is discharged from the discharge port.

2. Movement and screening

The whole machine is mounted on a tire chassis and can be quickly moved to a new operating point by a tractor.

Some models are equipped with a vibrating screen to achieve immediate classification of materials after crushing (such as separation of coarse, medium and fine materials).
