PCZ Heavy Hammer Crusher is a kind of heavy-duty mining crushing equipment with high efficiency and large processing capacity. It is mainly used for medium and fine crushing of medium hardness and low abrasive materials (such as limestone, coal, gypsum, shale, etc.).

Its design features high crushing ratio, simple structure and easy maintenance, and is widely used in mining, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields.

 

Características técnicas

 

1. Efficient crushing capacity

It adopts the dual crushing principles ofstone hitting stone” y “stone hitting iron”, with strong impact force and high crushing ratio (hasta 40:1). A single crushing can replace the traditional multi-stage crushing process.

The rotor has high speed, large hammer mass and strong kinetic energy, which is suitable for processing large bulk materials (the feed particle size can reach more than 1000mm).

 

2. Heavy-duty rotor design

The rotor adopts integral cast steel or welded structure, with excellent dynamic balance performance, stable operation and the ability to withstand high load impact.

The hammer head is fixed by hinged connection, and its position can be adjusted or replaced after being worn, thus prolonging its service life.

 

3. Wear-resistant and easy to maintain

Componentes clave (hammer head, impact lining, screen plate) are made of high manganese steel or chromium alloy materials, which are highly impact-resistant and wear-resistant.

The rear shell hydraulic opening device allows for quick maintenance, and the screen plate supports multi-level particle size adjustment.

 

4. Energy saving and environmental protection

The unit energy consumption is low, and compared with the traditional jaw crusher + impact crusher combined process, the energy consumption is reduced by about 30%.

5. Strong adaptability

It can handle materials with high humidity or containing clay and is not prone to clogging.

1. Material enters the crushing chamber: Material enters the crusher from the feed port and falls directly into the working area of ​​the high-speed rotating rotor.

2. High-speed impact crushing: Multiple sets of heavy-duty hammers (made of alloy steel) are installed on the rotor, which rotate at high speed (linear speed can reach 30-50m/s) driven by the motor. The kinetic energy of the hammers directly hits the materials to achieve preliminary crushing.

3. Secondary collision crushing: The knocked-away materials collide with the impact lining on the inner wall of the machine cavity for a second time and are further crushed.

4. Particle size control: The crushed material is discharged through the gap of the bottom sieve plate. The gap of the sieve plate is adjustable to control the particle size of the discharge material (usually 5-50mm).
