1. Efficient crushing capacity
• It adopts the dual crushing principles of “stone hitting stone” y “stone hitting iron”, with strong impact force and high crushing ratio (hasta 40:1). A single crushing can replace the traditional multi-stage crushing process.
• The rotor has high speed, large hammer mass and strong kinetic energy, which is suitable for processing large bulk materials (the feed particle size can reach more than 1000mm).
2. Heavy-duty rotor design
• The rotor adopts integral cast steel or welded structure, with excellent dynamic balance performance, stable operation and the ability to withstand high load impact.
• The hammer head is fixed by hinged connection, and its position can be adjusted or replaced after being worn, thus prolonging its service life.
3. Wear-resistant and easy to maintain
• Componentes clave (hammer head, impact lining, screen plate) are made of high manganese steel or chromium alloy materials, which are highly impact-resistant and wear-resistant.
• The rear shell hydraulic opening device allows for quick maintenance, and the screen plate supports multi-level particle size adjustment.
4. Energy saving and environmental protection
• The unit energy consumption is low, and compared with the traditional jaw crusher + impact crusher combined process, the energy consumption is reduced by about 30%.
• Equipped with dust removal interface or sealing structure to reduce dust spillage.
5. Strong adaptability
• It can handle materials with high humidity or containing clay and is not prone to clogging.
• By replacing the sieve plate or adjusting the rotor speed, it can flexibly adapt to different finished product particle size requirements.
6. Overload protection
