PC Small Hammer Crusher is a compact mechanical equipment suitable for crushing small and medium-sized materials. It is widely used in mining, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and solid waste treatment and other fields.

Its core design is based on the impact crushing principle of high-speed rotating hammers, which can efficiently process low and medium hardness materials (such as coal, gypsum, limestone, ore, etc.), and is especially suitable for occasions that require uniform discharge particle size.

1. Alta eficiencia y ahorro de energía

It adopts high-speed impact crushing method, with low unit energy consumption, large crushing ratio (usually up to 10-25) and high production capacity.

The miniaturized design reduces power configuration requirements and is suitable for small and medium-scale production.

 

2. Compact structure and strong adaptability

Small size and light weight make it easy to move or install, suitable for working scenarios with limited space.

It can process materials containing a certain amount of moisture (such as clay ores) to avoid clogging.

 

3. Easy to maintain and adjust

The hammer head adopts modular design and can be replaced individually after partial wear, reducing maintenance costs.

By replacing the sieve plate or adjusting the gap between the sieve plates (for machines without sieve plates, by adjusting the distance between the impact plates), the particle size of the discharged material (usually 5-20mm) can be flexibly controlled.

 

4. Multifunctional Application

Suitable for a variety of low and medium hardness materials, such as coal, gypsum, construction waste, ore, etcetera.

Some models are equipped with a sealed structure to reduce dust spillage and meet environmental protection requirements.

 

5. Limitations

It is not suitable for high-hardness materials (such as granite), as long-term use will easily increase the wear of the hammer head.

Materials with too high moisture content may cause the screen plate to become clogged and require pretreatment.

1. Feeding and impact crushing

The material enters the crushing chamber through the feed port, and the high-speed rotating rotor drives the hammer head to hit the material violently, breaking it instantly. The kinetic energy of the hammer is directly converted into crushing energy of the material.

2. Secondary crushing and screening

The materials that do not meet the particle size requirements are thrown by the hammer head to the impact lining plate on the inner wall of the machine body and are crushed again; the crushed materials that meet the particle size requirements are discharged through the gap of the bottom screen plate. The gap of the screen plate can be adjusted to control the discharge size.

3. Cycle breaking

The larger particles are continuously struck by the hammer in the cavity until they can be discharged through the screen plate, ensuring the crushing efficiency and uniformity of the finished product.PC hammer crusher structure diagram
