CI large-mouth Impact Crusher is a high-efficiency crushing equipment designed specifically for processing large-block, high-hardness materials (such as granite, basalt, construction waste, etc.). It is suitable for the fields of mining, cemento, construction waste recycling and treatment. The maximum feed size can reach 800mm and the processing capacity can reach 800 t/h. Wear-resistant blow bar: Made of highly wear-resistant materials (such as manganese steel alloy), with C-type design to extend service life, and locking structure to simplify replacement process.

1. Impact crushing

After the material enters the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating rotor (the hammer speed can reach a specific set value) impacts the material for the first time, causing it to gain kinetic energy and be thrown toward the impact plate; then the material repeatedly collides and rebounds between the impact plate and the hammer, forming a multi-stage crushing process until the particle size meets the requirements and is discharged.

2. Multi-stage crushing chamber design

The equipment consists of one, two and three impact chambers. The material is gradually refined in the stage-by-stage crushing, and the particle size and shape of the output material are controlled by adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor.

3. Dynamic adjustment and protection mechanism
