Material conveying stage: The raw materials to be crushed are fed stably, continuously and evenly through the vibrating feeding device and accurately delivered to the working area of the crushing equipment.

Crushing processing stage: In the crushing bin, the raw materials are subjected to strong impact and extrusion by jaw crushers, cone crushers or impact crushers to achieve particle size reduction. Different crushing equipment is selected according to material characteristics, crushing requirements and finished product specifications.

Grading and screening stage: The crushed mixed material enters the vibration screening equipment through the conveying system, and particle size classification is achieved through vibration screening and other methods. The screen specifications can be flexibly configured to meet various particle size classification standards.

Finished product processing: Products that meet the standards are transported to designated storage areas via conveyor devices. Substandard materials are sent back to the crusher via a return conveyor belt for recycling, achieving precise control of particle size.
