HGM ultrafine grinding mill is mainly used for ultrafine powder processing of non-metallic minerals (such as limestone, calcite, barite, talc, dolomite, etc.). The finished product particle size range is usually between 325 mesh and 3000 mesh (5-47 microns), meeting the needs of high-precision fine powder production. It is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection and other fields.

 

Technical Features

 

1. High efficiency and energy saving

The multi-roller design (usually 3-4 layers of rollers) improves grinding efficiency and reduces unit energy consumption by 30%-40% compared with traditional mills.

Integrated design of grinding and grading reduces repeated cycles and lowers energy consumption.

 

2. Flexible particle size adjustment

By adjusting the speed or air volume of the classifier, the particle size of the finished product (325-3000 mesh) can be accurately controlled to meet the needs of different industries.

 

3. Environmentally friendly and low noise

Fully enclosed negative pressure operation, equipped with a pulse dust removal system, the dust emission concentration is lower than the national environmental protection standard (<20mg/m³).

The equipment has small vibration and low operating noise (≤85 decibels).

The PLC control system realizes one-button start and stop, fault alarm and remote monitoring, reducing manual intervention.

Key components (such as grinding roller and grinding ring) are made of wear-resistant alloy materials, with long service life and low maintenance cost.

HGM Ultrafine Grinding Machine adopts the composite working principle of multi-stage grinding + fluid mechanics classification. The specific process is as follows:

1. Feeding and crushing: The material is fed into the mill by the feeding device and is initially crushed by the rolling action between the high-speed rotating grinding roller and grinding ring.

2. Layered grinding: The material is thrown to the grinding area between the grinding ring and the grinding roller under the action of centrifugal force, and is gradually refined through the step-by-step rolling of multiple layers of grinding rollers.

3. Classification and screening: The crushed powder rises to the classifier with the air flow, and the particle size classification is achieved through the high-speed rotation of the turbine blades. The coarse particles fall back for re-grinding, and the fine powder enters the collection system.
